I’m withlovecasey, its me (had to do that for my fellow TS lovers). I’m so excited to share this space with you. If you’ve found your way here, you’re likely someone who, like me, is passionate about discovering what wellness means for you. This blog is going to be your one-stop shop for all things health and wellness, tailored to the unique individual that you are. Because, let’s be real, no two journeys are alike.
Wellness isn’t just a destination—it’s a continuous, evolving journey. And that’s something I know firsthand. My path has been anything but linear, and I’m still learning every day. From battling severe acne, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), hormone imbalances, and chronic inflammation, I’ve faced my fair share of challenges. I know what it feels like to be frustrated, confused, and to question your body’s signals. But I’ve also experienced the joy that comes from discovering the tools, practices, and knowledge that help me feel my best, inside and out.
Through these ups and downs, I’ve realized that wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. It’s about tuning into your body, listening to what it needs, and giving yourself grace as you navigate this ongoing adventure. What works for me may not work for you—and that’s okay. The beauty of health is that it’s deeply personal. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, but I’m also here to learn from you, because this space is for all of us.
Why Wellness?
I’ve worked in a variety of industries and held multiple 9-5 desk jobs, from tech to marketing to health strategy, but no matter where I went, wellness always pulled me back in. It’s the one constant that kept me searching, questioning, and exploring. I’ve had this deep craving—a calling, really—to connect with people through the lens of whole-body health. There’s something so powerful in understanding how our minds, bodies, and spirits work together, and how every small step toward balance can have a profound impact.
Wellness, to me, isn’t just about what you eat or how you exercise. It’s about everything: your mental state, the energy you surround yourself with, how you manage stress, and the way you speak to yourself. It’s about creating a life where you feel empowered, vibrant, and in tune with who you really are.
My (Ongoing) Health Journey
As I mentioned, my journey is far from over. Every day, I’m learning something new about my body, my mind, and what I want to do in life. There are days when I feel like I’ve got it all figured out and others where I’m reminded that healing and growth takes time. My experiences with acne, SIBO, and hormone imbalances have taught me patience and resilience, and I’ve come to see these obstacles as invitations to dig deeper.
Some days it’s through nutrition, other days it’s mindfulness, and often it’s trial and error with holistic practices. My journey has taken me down winding roads—some that worked and some that didn’t—but all of them led me to where I am today: here, with you, ready to build a community where we can learn, share, and grow together.
